Investors in People Award in 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2007.
Linda has worked with FTSE since 1999, helping FTSE achieve Investors in People on three occasions - 2001, 2003, and 2007. Linda's role was as Investors in People Adviser and Independent Business Adviser.
Coaching
During Linda's period of involvement with FTSE, she used her coaching style and in-depth knowledge of Investors in People to coach the Head of Human Resources. Linda's range of work included; action planning, conducting confidential interviews across all disciplines and levels in the business and presenting to the Executive Board of FTSE. Linda also developed productive long term relationships with key senior managers in the executive team, for example FTSE's Chief Operating Officer.
Measurable performance results:
- Linda's consultancy skills were able to develop the Head of HR's knowledge and understanding of implementing the Investors in People Standard.
- Advised accurately on how well FTSE's Human Resource Management and Human Resource policies and procedures met the criteria of Investors in People.
